Sometimes I get pain in my lower abdominal region, sometimes it can feel really bad...sometimes its there but just slightly..it happens often, but not too much... I know this is vague, but anyone have any clues what could be causing it?

I'm wondering if it could be Pelvic Inflammatory Disease? I do have HPV as well... any insight?

I have HPV too, and it could be pain from your cervix, u need to have another pap done, because i had a surgery to remove the hpv cells from my cervix, but they came back 3 months later, luckily i found out. i was having pelvic pain too... so i need to have more removed up there....... also does it ever feel better after going #2?? YOu might also have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, that causes extreme lower pelvic pain and cramping... it sucks..

It could also be an infection. The only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on.
