is he the biggest idiot in the world?

Asking for compassion. If Hancock had run over a 5 year old boy or the tow truck driver then what?

What you are saying is that suing an entity is ok if you lost someone dear to your heart. If my son was drinking and driving and ran into a pole, can I sue the city for putting that pole there and causing my son's death? Any normal person would have slowed down etc...

I understand the grieving process, it takes time; but this is not grieving, this is out of anger and spite.

What is Sr.'s thought process... wow, I just lost my son, I should sue the world for brining me this pain.. I want their money because I don't have enough and I want to benefit from this lost.

I give no sympathy to idiots.

No he's not completely, the fact that he's suing the guy with the broken down car makes him rediculous. Take into consideration, this happens all the time. Someone is injured or killed and the family wants to blame some one and sue them. This is getting publicity do to the fact he was a baseball player and his death was in the news for about 5 days.

He's doing what most people will do, bars have the right to refuse service if they notice a client overly intoxicated.

The tow truck is up in the air, it depends on the circumstances. Were his Lights on? Where is emergency lights on?

The broken down car diserves no mention other than it was broken down, that person did nothing wrong. The fact that this person, whom was at no fault what so ever is being named in the suit is ludicrous! This person feels bad as it is. They might even feel some blame and this is just falsly rectafying that feeling.

So far the Cardinals and MLB aren't mentioned, but let a judge shoot down the first claim and watch how the finger turns. You will hear" MLB & the St Louis Cardinals should have had a restriction on the amount of alcohol a player may consume while with the team. Another bogus claim, but it will happen.

Bottom line, an Adult made a poor decision and it cost him his life. A father would know it's time to rest and think about the good times. He was your son, not your piggy bank or retirment fund. Be strong, keep your faith and remeber him for who he was growing up in your home.

I'm not sure if he's an idiot, if he wins the case he'll look smart...though I don't see that happening. I think the case is very weak, maybe they could get something from the restaurant. However, its easy to see from all the reports that Josh is totally responsible and probably would've killed someone if he hadn't been killed himself. Just days earlier he fell asleep at the wheel...maybe that will be a seperate lawsuit by big daddy...he should hire Tupac's mom, bet she could make some money off his son's death too!!

Is in a whole world of pain. It's part of the griving process and it takes time.

Tell us if you could do better if you had lost a child. In the meantime, how about a bit of compassion.

It is pretty frivolous. He son was an adult. I can't think he'll win.
