My first assumption is that they forgot. the second is that if someone hasn't killed them all ready, I'm going to for waisting my time!

Depending on who it is can make the difference.

My brother is notorious for saying 1/2 hour, when in reality it is surely going to be an hour or possibly two before he gets here.

But answering your question, anyone who hasn't arrived, I assume they got hung up in traffic, or something happened before they were able to leave.

depends on the person. some people i just figure they are late or forgot about the appointment. Where with others, I worry and try to find them.
