Discharge is normal. Its a fact of life and usual means you are ovulating or about to start your period. You cant stop it.

However if its yellow, looks like cottage cheese or smells bad see a doctor. Cause that is not normal

The only time you can stop a discharge is if there is an infection such as a yeast infection going on. But if it's of normal color and consistency (meaning clear like water for color, and thin like water for consistency) you can't. That is a normal part of our vagina. It helps to keep the vagina clean.
