I never smoke in the house, always outside. I used to smoke about 30 a day, but I have cut down to 16 per day and then eventually I want to stop altogether.

No smoking in my place or my car for that matter.

Smoke is not only an irritant, it also becomes a factor on your property value if you choose to sell your house or your car.

Let's not forget that second hand smoke also causes lung cancer.

Makes your breath smell, and makes it harder for you to do any cardio vascular work outs.

It's just a bad habit to get into.

I actually don't mind too much, even though I have asthma. I hate the thought of someone feeling the need to go and stand in the garden, in the cold, to smoke a cigarette. I can't understand why anyone would want to smoke.
But actually, I don't have anyone who does smoke in my house. I say "It's okay, here's an ashtray!" and they all refuse. And go and stand in the snow and puff away.

After my husband quit smoking I was dying for a reason to ban it altogether in the house due to passive smoking. Then I got breast cancer. Then he got asthma. That took care of it. He didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings and I told him if his friends and others, argued about it they weren't his friends. Also, when my father passed I was able thru ins. to build a nice front porch, where anyone can smoke.

I like to smoke a little hear and there, but don't approve of smoking indoors cause it isn't fair to others (especially children), and it makes a place stink. If I brake my own rule (which happens now and then) I'll smoke under the stove hood and all the smoke is vented outside.

Yes we smoke in the house but only in the kitchen/dining(where we spend most of our time) and in the living room on Sundays for nascar and desperate housewives (its only the two of us). When entertaining I know my guests and adjust my behavior accordingly.

I have a sign from the American Lung Association that says "No Smoking--Lungs at work". I don't care if people smoke, so long as they do it far, far away from me so that my health can remain intact.

my dad smokes but not in the house, he goes outside. People who smoke in the house in my opinon, when they live with people don't care whether that person dies or not.
