There are way too many discrepancies in the official story for it to be true.
It is alarming to me when people know the Bush admin have lied time and time and time again, yet for some reason assume they are telling us the complete truth on what happened that day.
I would like to ask a question for those who still think Osama was behind it. Did you know that the FBI themselves aren't accusing him of it? On their 'most wanted' page, he is wanted for the August 1998 Bombings of the US Embassies in Tanzania and Kenya. 9/11 isn't even mentioned. When they were asked why, a spokesman said 'because there is no hard evidence linking him to the 9/11 attacks'
See for yourself, here:
http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/topten/fugitives/laden.htm
This, combined with the fact that buildings cannot fall in perfect symmetry without explosives, the mysterious collapse of Building 7 (which wasn't even mentioned in the official report), the fact that Bush blocked the 9/11 Commission Report from investigating many things, witness reports of hearing explosives, some of the 'hijackers' being found alive since, the fact that NORAD stood down and VP Cheney was responsible for the countries air security that day (for the first time in history).
There is a LOT more to this than we have been told.
It is something people need to do their own research on. Don't let people on either side tell you what to believe, and don't blindly dismiss it as a 'conspiracy theory' just because the media call it that. Do your own research, and come to your own conclusions.
There are many questions that remain unanswered and the reason it is important to investigate is because everything changed since 9/11 and it affects us all. Ask yourself, who benefitted most from it and how has it been exploited to change the lives of everyone?

I saw the same documentary and it made a lot of sense, it stated that in the past the US government staged an attack on Cuba so that it gives an excuse to send troops into Cuba. Another part of the documentary I found interesting was that on the Same year 9/11 happened Osama Bin Laden was recieveing medical treatment from US troops in Dubai, UAE. Later that year Osama was kept an eye on by American troops in Pakistan. Another fact was a day before 9/11 happened put options (which is a bet) was made on American Airlines that their stocks would fall. 4000 people bet that AA stocks would fall a day before September 11. Not only that the 6 days before the attack insurance policies were bought specified towards terriost attacks, so those people who bought the insurance policies profited from the attack. A lot of things don't add up but we may never no the whole truth.

The really sad thing about this is that there are so many people who answer your silly little question with vacuous statements like, "I just knew something was wrong" or an obvious falsehood such as "there was a communications blackout in England" when the truth is more likely that they were too stupid to turn the telly on for that amount of time. The questions of the 9/11 conspiracy minded have been answered so many times that there is little reason to do it again, although I do applaud Michael for trying. The truth, the real truth, is that people will believe in a conspiracy without one single shred of evidence backing them up and accept it as an article of faith. They believe it because they want to believe and no amount of answers or evidence will ever convince them otherwise. There isn't a single "question" raised by the loose change crowd that can't be easily answered or hasn't been proved to be a lie but it does no good. Good old Prof Jones has been shown to be a quack who spends his time in search of magical elves, cold fusion, but still his name is drawn like a gun by the conspiracy fans as if his having some educational background will make his obvious mistakes and blunders somehow believable.
Fine, believe as you like and wear your tin foil hats with pride. The rest, and by that I mean those who are educated and without related parents, of us are laughing at you.

We all love a conspiracy theory, from Area 51 to Princess Diana, And now 911. The facts are there, 911 was nothing more than an Islamic attack on America for it foreign policies and it attitude toward what America thinks is a bunch of peasants. I do think America and the rest of the developed world has the right to protect itself, and after the previous attack on WTC and the bombing of the America embassy in Africa. and the attack on the America ship, then what is America to do ? The question is "is America right with it foreign policies" If America pulled out of world affairs what would become of all these countries? they would slip into civil war and genocide, then we would all be calling for help from America, give them a break ,the real murderers here are those who kill Innocent people for their own ends.

The story we were given in school was about how the WTC were made to withstand a plane crashing into them, that it was the heat that brought both down. But I'll never forget seeing the footage on the news and just thinking "something about that is wrong." Too many questions are unanswered to even begin to place a blame of conspiracy.

i think the biggest 9/11 conspiracy is this
how come there was a complete media black out for 6 whole hours. the planes hit the WTC at around 9am but in the UK we never heard nothing until around 2 in the afternoon

I thought that something was fishy when I first saw how quickly and perfectly the buildings went down. It looked like a demolition team did it. I've seen Loose Change, and it filled in so many holes. The Bush Administration = murderers.

With human nature being what it it, we are always going to end up with conspiracy theories about any major events like 9/11. People like nothing better than a bit of intrigue.

Only to the extent that security services knew of the plot and failed to act. This was common practice in the 1970's in the UK with IRA bombing atrocities, where intelligence was suppressed to protect important informants or justify more extreme counter-terrorist or anti civil liberties laws.

i have a set of dvds given to me by a friend who lost a cousin in 9/11.
it claims that the towers were already lined with explosives in preperation for an explosion to occur and be made to look lke an accident (gas explosuin or something cant remember)
but when the first plane struck (genuine terrorists) the government panicked the explosives would be found and sent a drone (second plane had black box underneath) into tower two.
if you watch in slow motion the towers explode in 5 stages.... a few floors at a time... thus giving the impression of a controlled explosion.
apparently the pentagon was also faked as the hole was far to small... with no visible tail or wing marks on the building.
also there was some discrepancy with the size of the engine found at the site.
i never believed in conspiracys but these dvds really open your eyes.
