Paint Your Wagon? It's a musical western from the 60's starring Lee Marvin and Clint Eastwood. I never could wrap my head around the idea of those two singing and dancing, that's why I've never seen it.

that sounds like "oh brother where art thou" it was a musical but not a western.....it think it took place around the depression.....
then again it could be blazzing saddles......
