that's the determination of the legislature and governor of Massachusetts. confident, the persons % their representatives, particularly in Massachusetts, despite the fact that that vacant chair interior the Senate cheats Massachusetts of its voice. I say confident they desire a butt in that seat yet they are in a position to craft the regulation so as that there is a butt in that seat, inclusive of Kennedy's spouse till the particular election. Compromise can artwork between smart people.

The state got together and figured that as a Senator, he will spend less time physically in Mass, driving on their streets and more time driving in DC. Its a win win situation.

Ted "the swimmer" Kennedy has no morals and no standards. If the Democrat party had any standards they would have rid their party of him YEARS ago, just like the Republicans do with any of their members who possess dubious character.

Ted Kennedy has been fighting for your rights and liberties since before you were even born. Just because Conservatives make him out to be something, that doesn't mean he's is.
The day you loose Ted Kennedy in Congress is the day you'll regret saying anything that goes against what he's done for you as an American.

Well, if they keep returning him to office, then one must raise the question as to whether your take on the man is, umm, wrong.
Just a thought. Cheers...
