Why not just scream?
Find a secluded place and just let it all out.

Then, take the time after you've calmed down to find solutions to your problems.

Yeah. I'm bad at anger. I'm from a family of bad tempered guys and I started out with a bad temper, but I always ultimately hurt myself more than any one else when I let it rule. When I get mad I don't wanna say a word, I just want to break things or people. For a guy like me, being cold about anger is the only way to stay out of jail. If you are able to just tell off people who make you angry, I highly recommend that. It would be so nice to get things off your chest that way.

listen 2 songs that express ur emotions or are the opposite of ur feelings. take a walk around ur neighborhood and focus on the good things that come out of this situation. go out 2 lunch (or any meal) wit a friend that has no part in ur problems and can cheer u up. do something u love (drawing, music, sports) - any activity -
go into ur room, turn up ur radio really loud and play a upbeat song. then punch the crap outta ur pillow. if u want u could like tape a picture of the person(s), who caused ur problems, on ur pillow and then punch and kick it. scream if it makes u feel any better.
write out ur feelings - juss like write or scribble all the things that u can think bad about that person and w/e

or u could meditate....

When I'm angry I usually count from 1- 10 and try to calm down. After I'm calm I confront the situation in a calm manner so that I can express myself in a respectful manner

Simple solution, excerise
Most people tend to go with comfort eating but thats a major no on, others go to smoking, others drinking but excerise or some kind of physical sport is the healthest way to sort out and take out your frustrations

when u r angry and u fell u just want to scream .go for it and don'care what other will say .i m taking treatment for my depression since 3 years and my situation is getting worse and worse so z dr told me that i m like a full cup of water if u just add one point u will explose so he always ask me 2 empty this glass .and if u fell comftable doing this go for it cause if u will be sick like me no body honestly will care

Breathe. Take long deep breaths and try to think about something that makes you happy or at least calm. Take a break from what ever it is for a while and it will be less consuming.

A pillow makes a good punching bag, take some of your frustrations out the pillows.

I know it's from the movies but, screaming in a pillow does work. You can also write out all your feelings, when your done rip and throw the paper out.

Buy a punching bag, and beat it 'til either your knuckles are bloody, or you pass out from exhaustion! Take out your anger through exercise! In the end, you'll either be alot calmer, or you'll be a boxer like me!!!
