Be pacific, it really matters what mood I am in.
At the moment Brad Pasley is making me happy. Before him it was Cheech (Cheech and Chong) Born in East LA record. Before that it was the classic rock channel we get in our small town.
After Pasley I might put on some kind of blue grass, or even Grateful Deads Old and In The Way Vinyl, yep probably that one.....??
I listen to everything here...... neighbors never know what kind of music is going to come out of this house, classic rock,country,hard rock,classical,jazz......
So you see to be pacific with someone like me, who has so much music they can listen to anything and everything it is very hard to narrow down just one band or just one musician.
The big question here is what makes YOU happy?

Pretty much anything that has a happy message and a nice beat. If it has a great beat but sucky lyrics (my dog died, my boyfriend left me, etc.), it won't make me happy. Don't get me wrong, I love country music, but it does not always go with a happy mood. Because of that, I would have to say normally pop or even oldies.

I like Ska Music with happy brass instruments like She's Got a Girlfriend Now By Reel Big Fish and I like music that's poppy like Wake me up before you go go by Wham and Getting Lucky by The Chipettes. (Lame huh :) )

you know those love songs that emo bands sing? the instrumentals sound like emo but the words more like love songs. i love those songs. those make me happy.
