The Geforce 7300GT is pretty much the best low-cost card. The only issue is whether your motherboard supports PCI-Express or AGP, you need to get a version of the card in the interface your machine has.
The X1650 is also nice, but slightly more expensive. Of course the higher your budget, the more choices you have.
As the previous guy has already stated, Newegg.com has great prices online- usually they can't be beat.
Here's the latest "best gaming video cards" list for just about every price point (go to the 2nd page for the breakdowns):

The 6150 is too slow. Memory doesn't matter. Get a 256 mb card, NOT a 512 mb card. Manufacturers put more memory on bad cards to make them look better, but they are no better than if they had 128 mb. So unless you spend $250+ on a card, you don;t want 512 mb. Get the geforce 7600gt or radeon x1650xt if you have a pci express x8 or x16 slot. If you have AGP (not as good) get a radeon x1650 pro or geforce 7600gs. All of these cards are around $100 on newegg.com (best site ever, never buy pc parts anywhere else). They can easily max out world of warcraft. If you need cheaper, a 128mb card can run WoW well too. Just look at things like clock speeds, pixel pipelines, and the type of memory. GDDR3 is by far the best memory, than GDDR2 is mediocre, GDDR sucks, and DDR is terrible.

Your video card should work because World of Warcraft isn't a very demanding game hardware wise. But if it doesn't there is the HIS Hightech H165F256N-R Radeon X1650 256MB GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card for $76.99 that should run World of Warcraft very well. Though if you wanted to go a bit higher on the price you could possibly get the HIS Hightech H165F512N-R Radeon X1650 512MB GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card for $99.99. But if those options are too expensive you could try the SAPPHIRE 100173L Radeon X1550 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card for $65.99. (All of the prices listed can be found at http://www.newegg.com/)
