The Patriots. In the past 5 years they were included in every Super Bowl favorites talk. I must say they are a really great team. They could rival dynasties like the Steelers of the 70's, Packers of the 60's and the 49er's of the 80's. What is really striking is this current team can probably win at least 2 more championships. Easily the best team in last 5-6 years is the Pats

It clearly is the Patriots. Since the 2001 season (6 seasons), they have won three superbowls, won their division and made the playoffs another two times, and missed the playoffs once with a 9-7 record. They have been the most dominant team since the turn of the century. When will the madness end?

The Patriots have that locked down and are on track for the next five or six years. If they keep building their team through the draft like they have, there should not be anything to stop them from doing this a long time. They know football or they know how to cheat very, very well.
