There are short period periodic comets that return regularly. One such is Comet 96/P Machholz (with a 5 years 3 months periodicity) that was at perihelion on April 3rd 2007 and returns again achieving peak brightness (magnitude 2) on June 26th 2012 as a curtain-raiser to the London Olympics.

Comets are quite common, most of them are just too faint to be seen. Here is a link which updates comet sightings weekly.

There are plenty of comets currently in the inner solar system, but none of them are very bright. Most bright comets are one-time visitors, and their arrival can't be predicted.

it is vistied every 75 years by Halle's comet. There will be a extremely close encounter in 2035

Well,Probably.We're going to see Comet Halley again in 2061(well,i think so.). But if a comet comes,what could we do about it?
