In Oregon when a spouse takes all the money out of a joint savings account, is there anything the other spouse can do about it such as some way of forcing the other spouse to return half the money?

There's not enough information to predict the outcome. If you have filed for divorce there may be an injunction in place over your finances and therefore she could be in contempt of that order. If not, it may be more difficult to recover any funds. As others have said, take it as a lesson learned and don't participate in joint accounts. Asking the Court may help however it depends on how you or your attorney present the situation.

Probably not considering it was a joint account. Unless you are in the process of getting a divorce, then I am sure that nobody is supposed to touch the money.

Your attorney can ask the court to have the spouse return half of it....it may work.
