In my opinion it is Dave Brown of the NY Giants. He is the only quarterback that I have seen that had less talent than Trent Dilfer.

I see a lot of Ryan Leaf, and he was probably the biggest BUST at QB but I wouldnt call him the worst QB ever. I think that title goes to any former Pro QB named Billy Joe! lol

Of all time can not be answered, football is going to be played after we are all dead. Up to this date I would have to agree with others Ryan Leaf has been the biggest disappointment. As far as Trent Dilfer, I disagree, he lead the Ravens to a Super Bowl win. Where have the Ravens gone since they let Trent Dilfer go? Trent Dilfer kept it simple. When Dilfer went to other teams, his problems became injuries.

If you are asking about every single QB that has been in an NFL roster, I'd say the worst were those ones who didn't even play a down and were cut immediately.

If you are asking about a QB that has been the stater, then it's a no brainer: Ryan Leaf. The guy lost the respect of the media, fans and teammates.

His worst game was against the Chiefs when he managed to make more turnovers than passing yards. He got 4 passing yards, 2 interceptions ans 3 fumbles. With 1 rushing yard that was the same number of total yards and turnovers.

Worst ever would have to Jason White. Was an offical NFL QB for about a week and was cut. And wasn't Trent Dilfer the STARTING QB of a superbowl winning team.

Hands down Ryan Leaf. The guy got was picked 2nd overall in the 1998 draft, he was right after Peyton Manning, one pick after him. He's not even in the same league as Rex Grossman. Leaf's first year his QB rating was 39.0 he played 10 games that year, the Chargers were 5-11. He didn't play for a whole season. 2000 season his QB rating was 56.2 he played 11 games that season and the Chargers record was 1-15. They only won one game with Leaf at QB. Next season he only played 4 games and his QB rating was 57.7 if he isn't the worst QB then wow.

Ryan Leaf is the easy choice, but Danny Wuerfell deserves to be noticed as does, Kordell Stewart, Andre Ware, Jim Drunkenmiller, Jim Miller, and Heath Shuler
