I am honestly not trying offend anyone; I heard that they used to burn homosexuals at the stake and what they burned were "*******" (bundles) of wood for the fire. Makes sense to me. Has anyone else heard this?

I've never heard of anyone being burned but yea in elementary school when kids would get caught talking about gay ppl they'd joke that they were talking about a "bundle of sticks". But no i've never heard of anyone getting burned.

I don't know...but yea at my school they had this game for PE...its name was Smear the Queer...how fricken rude! just saying thats an experience of intolerance I had...

The word should be banned as should some other words. I think its cruel and un called for.
