No, we never really get them in Los Angeles, and that saddens me. The last one i was in was last August in Minnesota, and it was a real doozie. I will go outside and watch them. I am always in awe at the power of nature. She loves to let us know who is really in charge around here.

No Thunderstorms here in Fla. Boy, we need some Rain. Last week, there was I37 different Wild Fires Spreading around Our State. We were Gagging on the Smoke. They pretty much have them all under control Now, But we Still Need some Rain!! So Dry, and 92 degrees To Day. Thank God for Air-conditioners!!

we haven't had any thunder since last week and that was only for a few minutes. We r so dry and the water level down so low that we r only allowed to water once a week.
we save our bath water to water the grass and plants
ilike the storms but i prefer to know the thunder is coming not scare the beejeesus out of me

A thunderstorm is ok. in winter. In winter, I like it too. But now it is late May and Athens should be well into summer. But, no! This week we had and still have showers, drizzles, thunderstorms. Not proper for the season! Where is this lovely May in Athens? Where did it go? Meteo says this kind of weather will continue till the end of the month. Thank you, weather!!! :(

my area had one a couple weeks ago. it was kinda bad,almost blew out the lights. but it was because there was a hurricane near by. i forgot the name.
i dont really like thunder storms,im not afraid of them just dont like them.

yes...im in texas right now...and share your love of storms, and other extreme weather...there was one here the other day but i make one in my head all the time...nothing like the feeling of energy provoked by a good storm...kissing or dancing barefoot in the rain...mmm...now im hoping for another today...;0)
