I'd lose the word "therefore."
And reword the sentence so you don't have the awkward commas:
Please indicate your authorization by returning to our office a signed copy along with the required deposit.

It's fine but what do you think about this: I trust this proposal meets with your approval. If the terms are acceptable, please provide your authorization by returning a signed copy along with the required deposit to our office.

Try:
I trust this proposal meets your approval, and if so, please indicate your authorization by returning a signed copy and required depost to our office.

Looks good to me. I'm no English major though, I just go by what sounds correct.

Dear Sir, Please note that there are no vehicle manufacturer's named LIEBHERR on Aramco VMSytem. Instead, we would appreciate it if your updated the VMSystem, so that we can process a temporary access for this kind of vehicle brand this will take about three days. Please look at the snapshot below for your information and reference. Thanks for your support. Regards, JB

I agree with the gentleman above - remove therefore.
[ 'Therefore' is a conclusion reached after a persuasive presentation. ]
