Why does it say on some of my comicbooks not for resale?

IOn the front bottom left corner of some of my comicbooks that I purchased at a yardsale.it says not for resale. Does this make them worth more, less, collectible or not or what?

It doesn't affect the value. It just means you couldn't try to have your own dealership when they were new.
