Absolutely!
Can you love many relatives... more than one kid... then why can't you love more than one person romantically. I know many people who have had affairs and are in love with both people. They are miserable now and speak often of the mess they have put their
heart in.
To say that you can't love more than one person is to say that after a spouse dies, you will never love again.
Many good relationship books address this. The best thing to do is guard your heart so that you don't spend your life with a deep sense of loss over one of the people you love - just because you can love more than one, you can't LOVE more than one. Not without chafing!
Addendum:
I should add that love is technically and action verb. In which case you cannot love more than one person romantically, but you can have feeling for more than one.

You can be in lust with three people at the same time, but I don't know about love. You are always going to "love" one of them more than the other two, although you are fond of the other two. And the curious thing I have found, beyond the sex, is that the one you love the most is not always the same one. It changes. Isn't that odd? Must be a chemistry thing....

A person could be infatuated with 3 people at the same time, but in love, probably not.

To love someone is to say I will suffer and die for this person, so would you die for these people.
Yes, you can love many people at once, the love may be different, the love for a parent, the love for a child, the love for a spouse, the love for brother/sister, the love for a friend, the love for your God, the love of self, and etc.
Many people confuse sex as love, which is not the case.

No, that's not possible. That sounds like a fickle and immature person.
