Normal male will have 4 or more a day, and it can happen without even girls on your mind, it's your body, just got a shot of hormones, and this is how it reacts, as you get older, the periods reduce, if you are a teen, your hormones are out of control, as you are still developing. Your have to learn to live with it for now, but over time, it will settle down.
for now tight briefs and loose pants.
