you don't have to wait, but it is going to be a long weekend and not too hot yet, why not lay out and save the money it will cost to tan

You shouldn't really have to wait since there is no baby anymore, BUT just like with hair dye, you may not get the results you want do to hormonal changes in your body so close to having had the baby. Instead of bronzing you could yellow or orange temporarily. Your best bet is go natural, the sun is better than the tanning bed but be careful.

Tanning in the sun or in the bed isn't good for the skin. It can age you quicker, and also cause cancer! Do yourself and your baby a big favor... Don't tan and stay healthy! Down the road you will be glad you did. You won't look 80 with saggy skin when you are 40! Also, if you tan too much it will kill the pigment in your skin and it will appear blotchy. YUCK!

relies upon on in case you're nursing or bottle feeding yet nursing, you does not choose the spray tan chemical components on your infant's mouth. in case you had a C section, you may desire to attend to be certain your record yet while it replaced right into a organic delivery, you're secure to tan, do exactly no longer burn, even in the tanning mattress, you may placed on sunscreen and you will tan yet you will no longer burn. sluggish present day tanning is sweet for you. Get exterior and get some real solar in case you may because of the fact it extremely is stable for you moderately in case you're UV secure.

The doctors may tell you differently, from what i'm learning, but you should go after you stopped the breast feeding. That would be the safest decision.

Tanning beds are never ok. Post pregnancy or not, they cause skin cancer.

It's never okay again! Your baby needs a healthy mom, not one with cancer! Be your own pale, beautiful self!
