I met one in Brazil 35 years ago. He was an executive with the RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company. He was very proud of his heritage and declared to me that he spoke Quechua better than Spanish or Portuguese.

No. I haven't run into one in my lifetime. Though I would love to meet one so that I can learn more of their background, their customs, their heritage, you name it.
