Wipes are fine to use on a babies face but just stay aware of your babies skin, every person has different skin and reacts differently to different things, when using these pay attention and make sure the baby's face isn't getting to dried out from the wipes or that a rash doesn't start, which may mean that its irritating your baby's face and then you should stop using them or maybe try the hypoallergenic wipes

100 percent it is better than leaving spit or dried drool on babys face. It is very clean if unused, contains diluted alcoholic compounds that does not sting, aloe(?) some baby friendly oils and I think some antiseptics.
Be cautious and dont use too much since it will dry the babys skin. Dont be lazy and just use this alone . The baby still needs a bath, with soap and a good rinse.
Last but not the least, do not allow the baby to suck it not chew on it.

I have a 5 week old who had some baby acne. I cleaned his face with a wipe and his face cleared up in 24 hours. I wouldn't make a habit of it though.

Cleaned my kids and now my grandsons face with them...never had a skin problem with any of them. As long as there unscented & alchol free, which is what you'd use on a baby anyway, I don't see the harm. The wipes that are made "specifically" for hands and face cost about 3x as much. What's the difference, I ask?

It all depends on the age of the baby. If very small baby I would recommend you use some moistened cotton wool. A little older and a moist face cloth. After a few months then babywipes can be used. Be sure to use them very lightly though (on face and other areas) has the fabric within the wipe is actually rather abrasive!. Take a wipe and use is to cleanse your own face... you'll see what I mean. Good luck and happy cleaning :)

They are fine to use, though if baby does get a few red dots like a rash on the checks then you know to quit using. It won't hurt them, but it's possible it may irritate their skin. Baby wipes are good for many things, my daughter had a bloody nose and it got on my bed and the wipe took the blood out.

I look at it like this...if it's not safe enough to wipe your baby's private parts and behind...then we shouldn't use it at all. It is ok to use the wipes on their face. I would just use the kind without perfume. Like the Sensitive Wipes or the plain unscented ones. Your baby will be okay.

My sister has a baby, and she uses wipes from time to time, after all they are basically "all purpose" lol.. Typically though, she uses tissues, because they don't irritate the babies face. But if your baby has a face covered in baby food, I don't see a reason why not to use baby wipes. (The are, after all, made specifically for babies)
