For most of my make up looks, I put eyeliner around my entire eye, including the inside corner and my lower and upper waterline. After only about fifteen minutes, the eyeliner on my lower waterline washes down below my lashline and makes me look horrible. Also, the liner on the inside of my eyes washes off and turns into like that sleep stuff in the corner of my eyes. I've tried liquid liner (plus powder shadow on top of it), waterproof liners, putting on a base, and almost everything else, please help!

Use gel eyeliners. They take alittle more time, but its worth it. Go 2 sephora and ask for stilla smudge pots and a small brush. Its about 18 dollars. Then when you get home, dab a small amount of eyeliner onto the brush and applye it carefuly. You can control how thin or thick the line is.

I had the same problem. Liquid eyeliner is just not worth it. Use a pencil type. I use Avon this works great. Now I apply my eyeliner and take a liner brush and use shadow of the same color over it. It stays for hours. You don't need a lot just enough to lock in the moisture.

If you like lining your eyes then it is probably worth investing in a more expensive eyeliner or try using liquid liner. That is what I use by Cover Girl and I never have to reapply for the whole day.

it variety of sounds such as you're utilising much less costly eyeliner. in actuality, something under $5 is crap and could come off. i'm helpful that this eyeliner might choose 2 strokes to get the dark colour or it pulls or tugs at your eye- much less costly stuff is undesirable! i might propose city decay 24/7 eyeliner- you may get it for $17 at sephora or ulta shops additionally, verify which you do use and eye primer like UDPP or TFIS

It is very important that you have eye shadow the color of your liner, then go over the liner with the eye shadow. It will stay on all day!

1] after cleansing, etc: dust entire eye area or entire face with translucent powder.
2] line ONLY where lashes grow, not to inside corners [ this will also make your eyes look wider.]
3] line AT lash line, not inside your eye - your eye automatically waters when you get a foreign object in it, and your brain thinks that pencil/brush/liner is foreign!
[ During allergy season, I have to blot my eyes before I do makeup - and that's with medication! ]

I was going to say a waterproof liner. What about taking the pen with you and taking some Q-tips with you as well?

instead of applying it on the water line, do it like right around it so that the fluids in your eyes dont wash it away. It used to happen to me all the time but i have gotten to where it works much better and comes out looking better.
