Listen Anon Guy. You have no idea what you are talking about about. It may be best to do it in a letter. This way you can write all your thought down, and compose it in a way that is effective. First you should explain to them that how you have felt your entire life. Explain that you have never felt comfortable in this body you were given. Explain to them what you plan to do and what your options are. Then you should explain that there are many other people in your same situation. Try to make the point that you are not a "freak". I feel that being transgender is something that older generations have not never heard of, let alone thought about. And as for the hormones, yes you need to be at least 16. that is unless you get them illegally, which is something you should NEVER do.
