What should I do?

My initial reaction is to empty a bucket of water over them but do you have any better ideas?

I mean it's 9:45 in the evening, for God's sake, shouldn't they be in bed?
They have school tomorrow.

Thank you

First, you're going to have to quiet down the howling before you can talk to these brats, so start out with "Down! Sit!" and "Stop that!" Then inform them that the next time they get a dog, give it a name so they don't have to call it by howling like that, and to go home because chances are good the dog is there after its sojourn around the neighborhood. Then use the age-old trick of saying their mama is calling them.
After they're gone, go back to watching American Idol, where at least the howling is directed at Simon.

I would use the bucket of water on them if you spot any sexual activity going on. As wolves can have 4 to 14 puppies :D good luck

Get a Male friend, I'm assuming you are female, if I wrong forgive me, to go outside, sniff at them and lift his leg and pee on them OR set a real big dog on them see how much they want to howl then! Huhuhuhuhahahahahaha! (< evil ploters laugh!)

Just fire off a few rounds and when the police come, tell them you thought you were being attacked by a pack of wolves.

Stick your head outside your window and start howling back. When they stare, say, "I'm better than all of you at it anyway."

If that doesn't work, spray 'em down with a hose.

Take the machine gun from under the pillow and stitch the ground in front of them and if that fails move.

i have 3 kids and they are all in at 8.30 week nights..and they are 16 14 and 12!!! however its not reall worth doing anything...the repercussions wouldnt be worth it...if they allowed out at his time, then it would seem parents dont care....they could put your windows through or something worse....i would give it a little longer, then call the police anonimously

Run outside and join them, you might have some fun. That or they will think omg and leave because you embarrassed them by being out there.
