I'd have to say yes...
Last time I got caught in the rain with my boyfriend, it was cold, I was upset about my hair, and he was mad at me for something else, so it wasn't too romantic that day...
But on a nice warm summer rainy afternoon, a kiss in the rain would be awesome...

Yes that would be great!!! It's raining right now, but it's lightning and thundering outside so I wouldn't want to get electrocuted.
