why is it they can all break bricks and stuff like that, but they never karate chop someone and smash their heads. I've never seen that happen. I mean I'd rather see someone karate chop a guys head and crush his skull. I mean is all that stuff just for show?

Breaking bricks is for show only,just to let people know the power a blow can do,in a real fight it's better to go after the most vulnerable spots in a humans body,and it's usually the softest spot like the throat,nose,below the the ribs and groin

Bruce didn't do that,but he had the skill and power to do it.If you watch more of the kung fu theatre that was on USA in the 80's and 90's you would see that all the time.That is where most of the fighting video games got there inspiration for characters.

Bruce Lee was capable of doing just that, but remember... martial arts is about very strict self discipline. It's not about the glory of being a killer.

bruce wanted to show his skill not kill, I bet he could crush some heads though, the movies were just for show.
