First of all where is your question?
second, you are not giving details, what kind of windows you have on your computer, is the partition FAT32, or NTFS
if it is FAT32 boot up with floppy and when you get to drive a:\ type the followings
sys.com c:\ press enter after few second you will see system transferred remove the floppy turn off computer then turn it on it should start. if the partition NTFS you have to install windows .
