I'd check with the admissions counselor at your local community college. They should have some idea of who to talk with at your preferred 4-year college. Ultimately, it will depend on the 4-year college's rules concerning what they will transfer and how long ago the courses are accepted for transfer.

Lots of colleges and univeristies offer RN to BSN programs. You may have to take some additional core courses once you get to the university level that were not required at the comm. college level though.
