They´re useless. Everytime I phone mine, it goes like this:
- "I want to speak to an operator"
-Machine says: "To divert your call to the appropiate dept, you need to explain what the matter is",
- I say: "Messages" (you call them messages not texts here)
- "What kind of messages: text, multimedia, voice...."
- "Text"
- "I am sorry, I didnt understand, what is the problem"
- messages!!!
- "I am sorry, I didn´t understand, what kind of messages......"
- " I want to speak to a peerrrsooooonnn!!.
- "You need to explain what the problem is"
- BLOODY MESSAGES!!
a). Machine says: Sorry, I didn´t understand you, thank you for trusting "company" and hung up on you.
b). Operator comes up, has you on hold an hour and then says they are having technical problems and could you call next day?
c) Operator doesn´t have a clue.

I still can´t send texts.
