If you're using Windows, you can open a command prompt and type "nslookup youtube.com". I just did that and got this:

C:\Windows\System32>nslookup youtube.com
Server: dslmodem.domain.actdsltmp
Address: 192.168.0.1:53

DNS request timed out.
timeout was 2 seconds.
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: youtube.com
Addresses: 208.65.153.251, 208.65.153.253

That last line says that there are two addresses.

You can get more info about a domain if you do a WHOIS lookup. I went to www.whois.net and found out that youtube.com was registered with NetworkSolutions. So I went to networksolutions.com and did a whois lookup there. Here is what I found: http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=youtube.com
