I want to make a website without paying a single penny and no downloading anything. I have a thing called Kids watch thing with a time control and I want to make it in 30min. or less and able to watch, have any sites for me to see? answer it.....please!

ok under 30 min. is not happening but
www.askforkids.com has really good directions on how to make a web page. The key work is website. It has all the codes for links,colors,titles, everything right there.

geocities.com has two formats for free websites-one is the page wizzard
and the other i forgot it'sname.just go to
http://www.geocities.com and you'll see where to go from there.

It depends on what you want, If you want a blog website which is much easier go to www.wordpress.com if you want a real website www.homestead.com is best. Have Fun!
