Use a Scrabble Dictionary. And all th Scrabble PC Games have a Scrabble Dictionary and under unusual words it has Q without U and their is stuff like that

There are several books out there that list all Q words with or without the U. One of them is called Hasbro Scrabble - Q without U.

go look for a scrabble dictionary online and when you find the q words, select that part and print it out for yourself

A great place online to unscramble words is Zach's word unscrambler...it does not list words outright but it does have a box for you to put in letters and a * for blank tiles, so hopefully that will help out.
