Most routers have a reset button. - this should restore the router to the factory state (you'll need a pin to get to it).

Don't want to worry you though, you perv, but Windows also keeps all the history - in many places. Give me top answer and I'll tell you how to erase all your history.

Router? You must be on shared network. I'm not a computer geek but I've had a similar problem. What you could try is clearing the history after you're done with the porn. For Mozilla Firefox, go to "Tools" and then to "Clear private data". Then just clear everything. I don't use Internet Explorer or Netscape.

And the porn is gonna desensitize you to the real thing... you might wanna read a book and really learn about sex and how the body works. Seriously. Otherwise you'll probably be really, really bad in bed... and people gossip.

Ciao.

Clear Wireless Login

Hahaha, I use a proxy to get around that... (nothing except the IP of the proxy will show up on the router.) And encrypted as well... Well, no... not for porn but if I'm logging in at someone else's LAN, I use it so that they can't eavesdrop on my emails etc.

Frag grenades generally work best with erasing the data on the router when you can't log onto it but I wouldn't recommend it. j/k

So you are worried about your dad looking at what sites you've been visiting. right? I'd try to guess the password (the login name is generally set by default to "admin" "root" etc.) and the password; if it's your dad/mom's; then guessing it should be quite easy... Well, not if your dad was a network security expert... but...

Pressing a button on it is not going to erase the logs... to tell you the truth, if he's quite knowledgable with these things; he'd have the logs automatically sent to his email address. So in that case; you can't delete it.

What I recommend is to flood the log. I'd visit whole bunch of academic sites one after another. Unless he's looking for your porn site logs; he's not gonna bother going through 1000's of pages of logs; and if he doesn't have it set to be automatically sent to his email then, once the log file is full, it will start erasing the older entries.

EDIT:
summary:

*If your dad's got the router set to send the log files to his email address when it gets full then there's little you can do.

*FLOOD the LOGs. Visit whole bunch of random websites. Older entries get deleted if he doesn't have the router set to automatically send him the logs. (Or if he's backing them up onto his PC...) Many routers DO keep track of the site you visit, but its memory is extremely limited. (commercial home routers for $100-$300) So, flood it with logs of you visiting academic sites. Older entries get deleted first.

Your router shouldn't be keeping track of history. That is up to the local computer's internet browser. To clear your history on Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu and then Internet Options. You will see a Clear History button near the bottom.

turn off your modem and unplug the router. Then, plug the router lower back in. look ahead to the router to potential up and in basic terms then turn on the modem. they are quite picky on the subject of the order wherein they get grew to become on.
