When did we lose it? As far as I know no one has cancelled any elections yet. Vote next year. If your side wins you can cheer. If not, then you just have to suck it up (like I did when Bill Clinton was in office).

First a majority must accept that we have lost it. For that to happen the same majority must try to use the system in place to effect some change (the system of course is representative government). If they never try to use the system they can't claim it doesn't work. If that system fails then they have lost control and they regain control through revolution.

You need more unity between people. Unless you are running a totalitarian government then government actions don't mean too much without the majority of people seeming to support it. there would need to be more emphasis on community responsibility as well as equality. If those things were developed and we created a governing system that supported those things than I think that the country and the world would be more productive. Of course the argument that I gave here is a bit simplistic but you understand where i'm going

Who the F is Ron Paul???...oh I digress. ..Write your congressmen/women. Pay attention to what is going on in the government. Give an educated vote, and convince 100,000 of your closest friends to do the same. Only about half of this country votes, and way less pay attention to politics.

SEND THIS TO ALL YOUR REPS ASAP...
No
Confidence
Vote
* You make promises to get elected.
* You make law that you won’t enforce.
* You don’t enforce current laws regarding illegal immigration.
* You make secret back room deals (or allow them to happen) that undermine our country.
* You pander to the lobbyists and other “interest groups”
* You don’t stand up to the opposition.
* You ignore your oath of office to defend our country from all enemies, foreign and domestic…..but you aren’t.
I have lost all confidence in you and your service in Congress to do what you were elected to do and is in the best interest of “We, the People”, citizens of this United States of America.

Only vote for individuals who BELIEVE in, understand and will follow the Constitution.
Shun the politicians that are GREEDY for personal power and prestige, or NEED to be popular.

Impeach the President and create a public paid campaign so the people who really want to fix the country can be elected instead of the corrupt Democratic / Republicans
