Sure it would. The day would be about 8 minutes shorter and there would be 367 days in a year, but everything else would be pretty much the same.

Yes. There would be no problem if the earth spun clockwise. But if the earth were not tilted on a 23.5 degree axis, then we wouldn't have the seasons in the northern and southern hemispheres.

Probably. The Earth-Moon gravitational forces would draw the Moon closer to Earth. If the system had been that way 4 billion years ago, the Moon might have crashed into the Earth. Like would no be impossible, but certainly different.

Not only the water would swirl around the drain and toilet in the opposite direction. The weather would change too.
The Coriolis force will be in opposite direction.
The Northern hemisphere and southern hemisphere would have the opposite swirling.

Of course ,except those living in the southern hemisphere would have to move north and vice versa for the northern ones.
As it is the south see the earth spining clockwise and the north see it counter clockwise.
