We voted for this law. You have to prove that you had changed. Get a good and an expensive lawyer who is a Jew.
Most of the top lawyers are Jews and they somehow wins the
cases. If you have the money you can win the case by proving
to the State that you are capable of taking care of the boy better than before.

First of all you cant loose custody for being ill so you couldn't have lost your kids due to illness, so you family member who has your kid must have lied on you, or you must have had a stroke due to drug use, if its drug use then you need to get in a drug treatment program, and contact the CPS yourself and get a worker to help you get your kid back, and see if the worker can get your daughter sign a paper saying she wants to go home to take to the judge, and find anyone else that can prove you had a safe home for her. If it was illness, and nothing else they broke the law and file a complaint against the CPS for unlawfully taking your kids, file it at police station and Family court for CPS, they cant take your kids away due to a family illness. Then sue the state if you can for the turmoil you went through.

God Bless

You should have been given papers from CPS. There should be a "treatment plan" stating what you need to do. Tell them to send the child to you or you will get an attorney. Talk to your CPS worker.
