This can also be written as...

(x^2 + 3)^2 (x^3 – 2)^3 (4x – 1)^-5

Using the product rule... Take the derivative of one times the other two + the deriviative of the next one times the other two + the derivative of the last one times the other two...

Derivative of (x^2 + 3)^2
= 2(2x)(x^2 + 3)

Derivative of (x^3 – 2)^3
= 3(3x^2)(x^3 - 2)^2

Derivative of (4x – 1)^-5
= (-5)(4)(4x - 1)^-6

So, the final answer is
2(2x)(x^2 + 3)(x^3 – 2)^3 (4x – 1)^-5

3(3x^2)(x^3 - 2)^2 (x^2 + 3)^2 (4x – 1)^-5
