Depends whether you want quantity or quality, really. More folks here in the evening (local US time), seems like, including some great people...but also including rather more trolls and idjits.
I just ask when the fit hits, and hope for the best. :)

night time (in the us) i am usually on during the day and when I do go on at night there seems to be more people
