Do you go to the parades, the cemeteries, decorate graves, or forget it all and just shop or hang out with your friends?

No. Much of my family is military. We go to gravesites and services. We also honor other defenders of our country, and leaders.
Don't make assumptions please.

I walk in the parade with the other members of the local Lion's Club. After the parade, I'll support the VFW by going there for the chicken BBQ and a couple drinks. =)

I march in a fife and drum corps in a local parade. (upstate NY)
