Britney Spears was my favorite for a long time.I still love her music, but i think that she is not a good role model.I understand that she has a lot of problems and i support her to solve them, but she has gone too far.

She could be if she'd get her act together and stop being such a spoiled brat. She is better than Paris Hilton or Nicole Ritchie. Having a problem with food or alcohol or drugs is not something that automatically makes you a bad role model, but not caring about it, not wanting to get help for it... that does.

I think so because I think it's ok for a girl to shave her head. Her mistake there was not wearing her shaved head with pride.
I've made a lot of mistakes like she has. Her living it publicly gives me more confidence, and I think that I am not alone.
I know that she has and will overcome! As long as she acknowledges her mistakes. She can be a better role model then. God can still use her.

No! She is in the same category as Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, and Nicole Richie. They all feel they are better than others, and do not need to follow rules like the rest of us. None of them are good role models, and ALL of them need psychiatric help.

Oh yeah, if I had kids I would definitely want them to make money being a no-talent a$$hat and then get involved with a guy who already has kids and thendo a crappy job parenting themselves, and then have accomplished all of this and go to rehab before turning 25! She is the epitome of what all young people should strive to be, well her and Paris Hilton...

Probably not, but I think the media needs to give these 20-something year old performers a break. These people succumb to the stress of the world calling them out on everything but being human, and young.
The adamant "no's" attest to that. People seems to think having money, privilege, makes life easier, or that they're impervious to folly because the sum of their experiences happens to have lead to normalcy.
I say leave it alone, focus on you, and set a good example for any mislead people by being understanding and compassionate. Give the same chance you would want if you messed up, while curbing the cavalier disdain.

Haha. Is this question a joke? She is not a role model, she has messed her life up, although she is trying to do better, she still isn't a role model.
