i need help on what to d ofor my egg drop from 30 feet.?

ok you can use anythig and the contanier can be no more than 4x4x4x4 and you can use anythig not dangerous i have no idea what to do. Also we have to write a labsheet. What is that? can you give me an example of your egg drop exampe? please i am not trying to cheat. i just want to know

ok so get a 4x4x4x4 box and put that bubble wrap stuff in it and place the egg in that then with any extra room in the box fill it with those packing peanut things.
then get one of those toy parachute guys and cut the guy off and tape the strings to the box .
so now it will float easily to the ground and not break.
i have done this before and i won first prize in a contest because my egg was dropped from 75 feet and still didnt break.

I did this whilst i became in 8th grade, different than we catapulted the eggs. I partly decrease a foam Nerf ball halfway horizontally, hollowed out the middle, and placed my egg in. The day of the launch I extra duct tape and taped around the incision I made and around any opposite direction, so in fact I placed on heavy accountability duct tape. the main considerable undertaking is which you go with the egg in some thing that can take up the wonder, subsequently I used a Nerf ball.
