Complicated question but please read?

Question

I had a tubal pregnancy last yr,they removed part of my right tube.I concieved again last yr and carried the baby up to 21 weeks.I had a fall at work and lost the baby and recieved a d&c.My question is we are trying again,if I buy an ovulation kit by me only having one tube will it be accurate?Do the one tube I have left cause me to concieve every month,or every other month?Thank you so much.

It's not necessarily true that we O from alternate sides each month. Nature picks its own pattern.

I know this is a fact as personally I can feel very clearly when I Ov and in the last 5 cycles I have Ov 3 times in a row from the LHS, once from the RHS, and this cycle I Ov from both sides!!

As you have one tube I imagine your body will adjust - they are incredibly clever sometimes! and Ov from your good side.

Unfortunately the only way to really know if you will be ovulating every month from your only tube will be to chart your ovulation. Even healthy fertile women with both tubes and no other problems can have annovulatory cycles.

An ovulation kit should still work because it detects hormones in your urine. You probably still ovulate every month the egg just has to travel down your good tube. Good Luck!

I don't know
but taking it from someone that have use o kit
I will prefer to have sex everyother day so I will not miss a window opportunity instead of the using the kid

every other month, since suposedly we alternate sides each month. But don't let that stop you from trying every month just incase you ovulate from the same side 2 months in a row.

even if you ovulate from the right, the left tube can pick up the egg. usually they are pretty close together behind the uterus
