Yes it's looking a little dirty and it's a shame because it's such a lovely car, it should gleam in all it's glory and make you feel proud from all the admiring glances as you cruise along.(while you're at it could you please do mine?)

that depends ...
can you still see through the windshield and rear window? and can you still sit in the drivers seat with your foot on the peddle and brake. no need to clean it. you will be just fine.
