Yes, they celebrated their 40th anniversary (they'd been married three years when I was born).
I can't really accept parents getting divorced when a kid is 9 or older (ANY age is bad, I'm not saying that but by 9 or 10, they are 'older' and 'more aware' and plus, 9 or 10 years is too long of a time to be "together" and then get divorced).

Yes. My parents will be celebrating their 41st wedding anniversary in July. My wife's parents have been 1 or 2 years longer than that.

My parents got divorced while my mother was still pregnant with me, and I have had a step mother my entire life.

Yes, they have been married for 34 years and together for something like 37 I think. It amazes me sometimes that a relationship can last so long.

Yes. They have been married for 42 years. I have been married for 22 years. My husbands parents are still together. Maybe it runs in the families.

My parents were together 58 years when daddy passed away. I have great respect for their tenacity, I caved at 14 years and threw up my hands in defeat.

Well my parents divorced when i was still a baby and i was raised by my grandparents i only met my dad when i was 15, even now i just call him by his first name.
