Pontiac 409, Barracuda, Stingray or Mustang?

The Barracuda (especially the hemi) is quite rare, but the Stingray, especially say a convertible from about 1968 is a lovely car. Someone had one parked outside of where I work last week and I kind of gawked at it. :D
I like fastback Mustangs as well, but if I had my choice.....

First off Pontiac didn't build a 409,that would be a chevy engine.I would say it depends on how much you are willing to spend. A chevy impala or belair with an original 409 will cost 100,000+, a barracuda or 'cuda depending on options will cost 40,000 or more,hemi cars are way high priced. Stingrays are still moderately priced and you can still find a vintage mustang for under 20,000 so I would say find a cheap vette or get a mustang.

i would say the pontiac since i am a pontiac lover. and yes Troy you could get a 409 in a pontiac... in canada. the pontiac beaumont came with a 396. (the beaumont looked like a cross between a chevelle and a gto. came with a 396)

i would say stingray. i live in new orleans and see plenty of mustangs and i think the stingray stand out the most when they're fixed up right

the 409 definatley..easiest to work on and find cheap parts for....the mustang in a close second
