When someone cooks with alcohol the alcohol part of the beverage evaporates and all that is left is a rich flavor, so an alcoholic would have a pretty hard time getting drunk off of sauteéd chicken

Cooking food in alcohol will not get you drunk, it just flavors the food most of the alcohol evaporates when it is cooked so I don't think their food attracts lots of alcoholics but their bar might! LOL

Cooking food in Alcohol is done for flavoring and tenderizing, it actually gets rid of all of the Alcohol itself. So you wont get drunk or anything off of food cooked in Alcohol.

Alcohol 'cooks' out of food - the heat vaporizes it and only the flavor is left behind. So an alcoholic would do better to drink his or her cologne if it's alcohol they crave...

The Jack Daniels sauce tastes nothing like the Jack Daniels liquor. The steak cooked in Jack Daniels sauce is to die for. :) You should get one! :)

the alcohol is cooked out of the food. and i don't think alcoholics are interested in getting drunk by food.
