Well, Congress is not voting on it right now, and I don't think it's in committee...so you apparently have not been too convincing to members of Congress in your argument for repeal.
Seems Y!A isn't working out for you to get your message out there. Maybe a street corner would be better.

No, but we must be diligent in watching how its being used so that its not misused. The consequences of another 9/11 attack are unacceptable. The number one function of government is to provide security for its people and in todays fast moving world law enforcement and the military need a faster responding judiciary so we need to lean a little to the right on security vs civil liberty. Remember, during the civil war Lincoln overrode the right of "Habeus Corpus" basically allowing people to be arrested and held even when the government couldn't prove a crime had been committed. We survived and the Union stayed intact. G-d bless America :)

No, it should not be repealed and here's my logic; Most of the time where I live, I really don't have to be all that concerned about someone breaking into my home. I might even leave the doors unlocked during the day so I can come and go more conveniently as I go about yard work, etc.. Should there be reports of burglaries, etc in the neighborhood, though, it is time to be more watchful. That's what the Patriotic Act is about.

Yes. A World Power does not need to reorgranize the structure of patriotism, to enable federal employees to 'act' within their job function. If there were problems in how the 'branches of government' or various departments were functioning--that should have been addressed without writing a new law.
btw; this is a domestic issue that can resolve itself based upon the fundamentals--it's only domestic.

USA UNPATRIOTIC ACT AND HOMELAND INSECURITIES
The Assault on the Right of Privacy and How the People
Can Restore Our Constitutional Democracy
http://www.ocuuc.org/USA_Unpatriotic_Act.htm
In an ominous reversal of roles in the aftermath of 9/11, instead of a democracy where our government is open and the people enjoy privacy, as a result of a breathtaking series of new laws and policies imposed by the Bush Administration, today the government functions largely in secret, and individual privacy is being invaded on an unprecedented scale.

It's what this administration has done for the almost 7 years it's been in power: bend and manipulate control in government, trying to bypass the checks and balances.
Tried to amend the Constitution to discriminate against our fellow Americans.
Politically charged firings of justices aimed at leveraging control of the Justice Dept.
Passed the "Patriot" Act to give themselves more power and ignore other laws altogether.
Illegal wiretaps that essentially mimic what Nixon was impeached over.
2001 Bush tried to give an executive order to obtain more control over Presidents' documents starting with Regan when they already had 12 years of protection.
Tried to appoint Harriet Meirs simply because she'd be a Supreme Court Justice in Bush's back pocket.
Outted a CIA agent as political payback.
These are just off the top of my head. I'm sure there's a host of others I am missing or forgot about.

Actually it doesn't, what it did was remove the wall put up in the 90s between the law inforcement and intelligence sections of the Government. We don't have to be blind to a threat as we were in the Clinton administration.

Why? What are the direct consequences you personally have faced due to the Patriot Act? Been seeing black helicopters circling over your house? Heavy breathing on the phone lines?
HAS SOMEONE UNJUSTLY CHARGED YOU LATE FEES AT THE LIBRARY!?!?!?!?!?!
That's it....I won't stand for this anymore!!!
EDIT: HOW???? How are they taking civil liberties away? So far, you've managed to spout talking points, not facts, examples or anything of substance.
